Magic Seasons: Fair of Wonders starts off with a brief tutorial to guide players along the aim of the game. We are then introduced to an elf who happens to be the guide along the fair of wonders and a whole new adventure begins. The elf is also there to give you leaves which serve as the currency of the game along with rubies.

There are many objects in each part of the world of Magic Seasons, each of these worlds called a glade. Each of the objects that you can interact with gives off stars which you can then collect and gather in order to level up. Being a point and click game, it is fairly easy to achieve the goals set as all you need to do is click on objects to reach a certain amount of stars indicated on that object. Once you have acquired the necessary amount of stars, you have succeeded in leveling up that object and in turn have also increased your level gauge.

However, to extract the stars out of the objects in every glade, you will need magic wands. There are a limited amount of magic wands given to you so you will have to be careful where you use them. But don’t fret, as there are ways to earn magic wands. For every quest completed players are awarded magic wands in small amounts and players can also purchase these at the shop in exchange for real money.

Magic Seasons: Fair of Wonders also has the social mechanics of awarding players, who have successfully invite friends and share the game on Facebook, with wands, rubies and toys. Toys are mostly for pets that you can also find in the game - mainly cats. Players can feed, play and interact with their feline pets on the glade.

The game has great graphics and a great mixture of autumn, spring, summer and winter colors to reflect all the seasons all throughout the year. This makes it a very nice game to look at while you play it for hours on end. In terms of sounds it has a different soundtrack in the different glades, so it has a nice mix of various yet cohesive musical notes.
